We are seeking a passionate and creative **Social Media & Content Creation Trainee** to assist with content development, social media management, and event participation. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and content creation.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Content Creation:

- Develop engaging and creative content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create short videos, reels, and posts that align with the brand’s identity and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative content ideas for campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.

2. Social Media Management:

- Assist in planning and scheduling content across various social media channels.
- Monitor trends and engage with followers to boost brand visibility.

3. Event Participation:

- Actively participate in company and office events, including planning and execution of internal and external marketing initiatives.
- Capture and document events to create compelling visual stories for social media and internal communication.

4. Learning & Development:

- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, especially in social media, digital marketing, and creative strategies.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, English, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in content creation (videos, reels, posts) and basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) and eagerness to learn video editing and social media management tools.
- Understanding of brand alignment and current social media trends.
- Enthusiastic about event participation, planning, and documenting for content.
- Creative mindset with a strong willingness to brainstorm and collaborate.
- Passion for social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
- No experience needed, but a portfolio of personal or academic work is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
