Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Car Salesperson located in New Delhi. The Car Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers, generating sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include greeting customers, answering their inquiries, providing detailed information on vehicles, test driving coordination, negotiating sales, and following up with customers. The role also involves maintaining a thorough knowledge of current inventory and understanding customer needs to recommend suitable vehicles.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Experience in Automotive Sales
  • Motivation and the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
  • Valid driver's license is required
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is beneficial
