The Role:

Job Description for Video/Motion Graphic Designer:

  • Creating and delivering motion graphics for various media
  • Create visually stunning video assets and contents
  • Ability to partner with other team members to create content used across a variety of platforms (Web, Mobile, Video, and more)
  1. Design Leadership: Provide creative direction and mentorship to the design team, inspiring and guiding them to deliver outstanding digital design concepts and executions.
  2. Conceptualize and Execute: Develop innovative and visually compelling design concepts for various digital platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and deadlines.
  3. Digital Design: Create visually engaging graphics, layouts, and illustrations specifically tailored for digital mediums, including paid ads, social media posts and emailers
  4. Motion Graphics: Create dynamic and engaging motion graphicsand interactive visuals to enhance user interactions and bring digital experiences to life.
  5. Project Management: Oversee multiple digital design projects simultaneously, from initial concept to final production.
  6. Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and digital tools, and apply this knowledge to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of our digital designs.
  • Using refining techniques to enhance motion graphics and motion design
  • Creating, designing and editing video footage and adding creative work
  • Responding to client feedback
  • Adding visual effects to create art work/use visual effects
  • Adhere to brand guidelines in ways that push creative boundaries
Ideal Profile:

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience into graphic design, motion graphics and video editing
  • Good knowledge of Adobe software (Photoshop, illustrator, after effects, premiere pro)
  • Any graduate/post graduate, diploma into web designing, UI designing
  • Should have worked prior on brand designing and layouts, digital art, UI – web and mobile
  • Minimum 03 to 04 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 01 year experience in animation and video editing
  • Strong portfolio is a must
  • Ability to work under pressure for the client and meet the deadlines
  • Should be good in visual thinking
  • Good communication skills.
