Role Details:

Work Description:

Create impactful motion graphics and animations that bring the brand's stories to life across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Motion Graphics & Video Design:

  2. Design and deliver high-quality motion graphics for campaigns, social media, websites, and digital ads.

  3. Create animations for explainers, product showcases, and promotional content.
  4. Develop transitions, typography animations, and graphic elements to enhance storytelling.

  5. Collaborate with video editors to integrate motion design into larger projects.

  6. Graphic Design:

  7. Use strong graphic design skills to create layouts, illustrations, and supporting assets.

  8. Ensure that all static and motion outputs align with brand identity and campaign goals.

  9. Support the creative team with high-quality static assets when required.

  10. Brand Storytelling & Consistency:

  11. Convert brand guidelines into dynamic motion assets.

  12. Maintain consistency in all animations and graphics with the organisation's voice and identity.

  13. Simplify complex ideas into clear, impactful visuals.

  14. Creative Development:

  15. Conceptualise ideas, storyboards, and style frames.

  16. Explore new animation techniques and visual effects to keep content fresh.

  17. Quality Control (QC):

  18. Ensure all motion outputs meet the highest standards of quality, timing, and design.

  19. Conduct checks on resolution, frame rates, and formats to ensure compatibility for publishing across multiple platforms.

  20. Optimise animations for performance across devices and platforms.

  21. Collaboration & Communication:

  22. Work closely with creative, marketing, copy and external teams to meet deadlines.

  23. Provide clear updates and solutions for creative challenges.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Motion Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and animation work.
  • Strong graphic design expertise with an eye for typography, layout, and composition.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator. (Knowledge of Cinema4D, Blender, or similar 3D software is a bonus.)
  • Good understanding of design principles, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Knowledge of video formats, rendering, and compression for different digital platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bonus: Experience in 3D animation, product visualisation, or 3D motion graphics.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media trends in video content.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
