Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and confident Telecallers to join our team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, explaining services or products, resolving customer queries, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Candidates must be persuasive, customer-friendly, and target-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Explain company services/products clearly to customers.
  • Resolve queries, complaints, and issues effectively.
  • Maintain call logs, reports, and update CRM systems.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to the team leader for process improvement.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Marathi/regional language).
  • Confident, polite, and persuasive on calls.
  • Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
  • Freshers can apply; experience in BPO/Telecalling preferred.
