Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller located in Gurgaon. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, following up on leads, and handling customer inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include providing information about our services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records of interactions. The role also involves achieving targets, updating customer databases, and collaborating with the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in handling telephonic conversations and maintaining records
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
