About The Role
We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic
Telecaller
to join our growing
Real Estate
team in Gurugram. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about helping clients find the right property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce available residential and commercial properties
  • Clearly explain property features, pricing, and availability over the phone
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits between clients and the sales team
  • Maintain follow-up communication with leads to ensure high conversion rates
  • Accurately update and manage lead information in the CRM system

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident, polite, and persuasive personality
  • Ability to handle client queries professionally and build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
