Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Project Lead located in Cuttack. The Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and leading a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

  • Project management and team leadership skills
  • Experience in construction planning, execution, and project delivery
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards in construction
  • Proficiency in using project management software and tools
  • Excellent communication and client coordination skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus
