Role Objective

The Senior Manager SME Agency is responsible for driving sales growth by implementing the SME sales strategy, managing relationships with new and existing agents across multiple cities/VO locations, and ensuring achievement of sales budgets through partner channels. The role involves developing new channel partners, nurturing existing ones, managing business for SME products, and ensuring superior customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement SME sales strategies and achieve assigned sales budgets from partner channels within the designated location.
  • Develop new channel partners and strengthen relationships with existing ones to enhance business opportunities.
  • Drive business growth for SME products through effective agent engagement and support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including Channel Partners, Underwriting Teams, and Managers to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive relationship management and service delivery.
