  • functional LeadRoles and Responsibilities :
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and enhancement of the Finacle Loans Module.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, operations, IT) to gather and define requirements.
  • Configure and customize the Finacle Loans system to meet business needs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage system integration, data migration, and testing processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the module, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to business users on system features and best practices.
  • Work on process improvements, identifying automation opportunities within loan management processes.

Qualifications :

  • Extensive experience as a BA/SME in the Finacle Loans Module, with a deep understanding of loan products and banking operations.
  • Strong understanding of the functional and technical aspects of Finacle.
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and system configuration.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both business users and technical teams.
  • Experience with system integration, testing, and troubleshooting in the banking domain.
