Finacle L2 Resource Job Description

This is a full-time role for an experienced professional to manage and support the Finacle Core Banking solution. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing issues, resolving them effectively, and ensuring smooth banking operations.

Daily tasks include providing timely support to users, liaising with Finacle's Tier 1 support team, monitoring system performance, updating software, and performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

The Finacle L2 Resource will also be responsible for training staff on system functionalities and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and experience with core banking systems including Finacle 10.2.x.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop New Menu's / Modify the existing Core Menu
  • New / Maintain Finacle Scripting and/or Workflows / SRV call
  • Finacle Integrator (FI) - Knowledge
  • EOD /BOD – aware of the process & resolve
  • Finacle – Loans , Assets & Liabilities Life Cycle
  • Finacle Core Table Knowledge
  • Resolving problems escalated from L1 / Bank Branch
  • NEFT /RTGS Messaging - Basics to Advance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Communication and L2 Service skills
  • Understanding of banking operations and software support
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
