Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Finacle Versions 10.X and 11.X, as well as in-depth knowledge of Liabilities & Payments, Lending (LOS/LMS/Collections), and Trade Finance processes within the Finacle system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on Experience: Collaborate with customers to gather and analyze requirements for Finacle features and functionality.
  • Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Liabilities & Payments, Lending (LOS/LMS/Collections), and Trade Finance processes within the Finacle system.
  • Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Engage in meaningful discussions to understand customer needs and optimize Finacle for them.
  • Test Scenarios and Cases Review: Work closely with the QA Team to review and enhance test scenarios and test cases.
  • Test Management and Monitoring: Ensure timely and accurate communication with Development Leads and Project Managers regarding test progress, issues, and updates.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure timely completion and delivery of the project to the client with a strong focus on meeting client expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience working with Finacle Versions 10.X and 11.X.

Testing Knowledge: Proficient in QA processes with a strong understanding of test scenario development, test case execution, and the overall SDLC.

Client Interaction: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and gather detailed requirements.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and QA teams.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst with specific expertise in Finacle and core banking modules.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to clearly convey requirements and status updates to stakeholders.
