Position: Jr Social Media Manager { Curator Or Designer Or Both }

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month

Skills Required


• Content Creation: Ability to generate original, on-brand ideas for Instagram, Reels, and Stories.


• Video Editing: Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.


• Storytelling & Writing: Understanding how to craft captions, taglines, and micro-copy that match brand tone.


• Brand Aesthetic Sense: Basic layout skills using Canva or Adobe Suite; an eye for detail and color.


• Cultural Relevance: You should be plugged into trends, pop culture, and youth internet behavior.

Responsibilities


• Build our content direction in collaboration with Team.


• Design storytelling frameworks and pillars (e.g., Monday Boosts, BTS, Creator Spotlights).


• Plan, shoot, and edit Reels + Stories that feel authentic, emotional, and visually premium.


• Contribute to campaign ideas and manage posting schedules.


• Lead visual consistency across Instagram, LinkedIn, and any future platforms.


• Bring product stories (like color drops, collaborations) to life with moodboards and edits.


• Help shape the Fox My Box voice in the digital space.
