Job Position : Recruiter - Executive Search

Location :- Goregaon East (Mumbai)

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end executive search mandates for senior leadership roles across industries.
  • Partner with clients to understand organizational goals, leadership needs, and cultural fit.
  • Develop effective headhunting and talent mapping strategies for niche and high-level positions.
  • Build and maintain strong networks with senior professionals across IT & Non-IT industries.
  • Conduct detailed assessments, evaluations, and ensure only the most qualified candidates are presented.
  • Manage client relationships with discretion, professionalism, and strategic advisory.
  • Ensure seamless recruitment cycle from requirement gathering, market mapping, candidate engagement, interviews, to closure.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality while dealing with leadership mandates and sensitive information.
  • Stay updated with market trends, compensation benchmarking, and industry leadership movements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate with proven experience in Executive Search / Leadership Hiring.
  • Strong exposure to hiring for CXO & senior management roles in IT & Non-IT domains.
  • Excellent headhunting, networking, and market research skills.
  • Strong business acumen and client relationship management ability.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver within strict timelines.
