Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Account Executive to handle
client relationships, finance operations, payroll coordination, and audit suppor
t. This role demands strong organizational skills, accuracy in documentation, and comfort working across both client-facing and operational functions, with exposure to AI-enabled tools for efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the 
    primary contact for clients
    , manage interactions through CRM, and ensure timely query resolution.
  • Track accounts, prepare reports/dashboards, and use 
    AI tools for insights, reminders, and data visualization
    .
  • Support 
    payroll, salary disbursement, vendor payments, and reconciliations
     while maintaining accurate records of expenses and reimbursements.
  • Use 
    AI-assisted tools
     for data entry, invoice tracking, and compliance reporting.
  • Assist in 
    audits and compliance
     by preparing required documents, verifying transactions, and ensuring proper filing of invoices and contracts.
  • Work with the finance team to ensure adherence to 
    statutory and tax regulations
    .

Required Skills
:

  • Good communication and client handling skills.
  • Proficiency in Tally & payroll/accounting tools (AI-enabled preferred).
  • Strong MS Excel skills; knowledge of AI add-ons is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of audits, compliance, and financial accuracy.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and high integrity with confidential data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in client servicing, finance, or audit support.
  • Awareness of AI tools for reporting and task automation is an advantage.
