Job Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Accounts Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliances, reconciliations, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Posting and maintaining accurate accounting entries in Tally ERP.
  2. Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a regular basis.
  3. Handling TDS – knowledge of threshold limits, deduction, and applicable rates.
  4. Preparation and uploading of E-invoices as per statutory guidelines.
  5. Filing and preparation of GST Returns (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B).
  6. Reconciling Input Tax Credit (ITC) between books and GSTR-2B.
  7. Managing reference-wise and cost center-wise accounting in Tally.
  8. Coordinating with auditors, vendors, and internal departments for smooth accounting operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce / accounting / finance.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounting and GST compliance.
  • Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, and TDS provisions.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
