We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Account Executive with expertise in Management Accounting to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial principles, particularly in maintaining daily books of accounts and handling transactions such as booking sales, purchase invoices, and inter company transactions. As an Account Manager in Management Accounting, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records while providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity in financial records and books of accounts.
  • Manage and complete month-end closing entries within stipulated timelines.
  • Assist with compliance reporting and monthly management submissions.
  • Address and resolve audit queries in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide solutions to routine queries raised by the team members.
  • Respond to ad hoc data preparation and reporting requests from management.
  • Support the team in maintaining compliance with financial and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: M.com, MBA- Finance, Inter CA.
  • Immediate Joiner required.
  • Age - Less than 30 Years
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on management accounting and financial analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly in maintaining daily books of accounts and handling transactional activities.
  • Proficiency in Tally software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
