Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Telecaller for our Mutual Funds division. In this full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective and existing clients, providing information on mutual fund products, addressing inquiries, and maintaining records of interactions. This role involves building strong client relationships, updating them about investment options, and ensuring customer satisfaction with provided financial services. You will collaborate with the sales and marketing team to contribute to company goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with clients
  • Knowledge of mutual funds and financial products
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze customer needs
  • Excellent organizational and data management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills
  • Prior experience in sales, telecommunication, or financial services is an advantage
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach to problem-solving
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
