Role & responsibilities

  • Lead multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO implementation projects and drive continuous improvements in system design and processes.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic financial goals and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
  • Provide leadership in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, ensuring integration with other modules (MM, SD, PP, and HR).
  • Manage configuration and design for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center, and Profit Center Accounting.
  • Ensure robust Treasury, GST, Taxation, and Credit Management functionalities in alignment with business and statutory requirements.
  • Oversee FSV creation, Cheque clearing, CO-PA (Profitability Analysis), and CO-PC (Product Cost Controlling) configurations.
  • Drive automation and integration with Banks, enabling seamless payment and reconciliation processes.
  • Manage a team of SAP consultants to ensure timely project delivery, testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial analytics, dashboards, and performance reports supporting business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements across SAP processes.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling
  • Deep understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, and financial regulations
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Experience in system upgrades, migration projects, and digital transformation initiatives
