Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Jamshedpur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies to attract and retain clients. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, managing client relationships, leading the sales team, creating promotional strategies, and analyzing sales performance. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment with the resort's hospitality and business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills including lead generation, negotiation, and client relationship management
- Experience in team leadership, coaching, and motivating a sales team
- Strategic planning and ability to devise and implement effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in Sales CRM tools and data analysis for monitoring and optimizing sales performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting and interacting with clients
- Prior experience in the hospitality or resort industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
