Job Summary

We are seeking a growth-focused SEO Specialist to lead optimization efforts across traditional

search engines and emerging generative AI platforms. This role combines the fundamentals of technical and content SEO with the latest best practices for GEO (Generative Engine

Optimization)—ensuring our US based client's brands and content are highly discoverable in AI-

powered search results.

Key Responsibilities

Traditional SEO (Google, Bing, etc.):


• Conduct on-page, off-page, and technical SEO audits


• Optimize metadata, headings, internal linking, and site architecture


• Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and page performance


• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or

Screaming Frog


• Collaborate with developers and content creators to implement SEO best practices


• Track and report KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Looker Studio

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO):


• Develop and implement strategies to improve visibility in AI search platforms like

ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude


• Create structured content optimized for large language models (LLMs), including FAQ-

rich formats, bullet lists, and explainer summaries


• Implement and maintain structured data (JSON-LD) to enhance

discoverability


• Monitor AI search trends and emerging platform guidelines to stay ahead of the curve


• Collaborate with product, marketing, and content teams to align content structure with

GEO and SEO goals
