Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage 10+ websites. The candidate will be responsible for On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and Social Media Marketing. This role requires hands-on experience in improving website ranking, driving organic traffic, and creating brand visibility through digital campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

SEO (On-Page & Off-Page)

  • Perform complete On-Page SEO optimization (meta tags, headings, keyword placement, internal linking, schema, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research & competitor analysis.
  • Manage Off-Page SEO (backlinks, guest posts, directory submissions, business listings, etc.).
  • Optimize page speed, mobile friendliness, and technical SEO.
  • Track and improve rankings with Google Search Console & Analytics.
  • Create SEO reports and suggest improvements regularly.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage & grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Run paid ads campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) if required.
  • Plan and execute content marketing strategies (blogs, articles, infographics).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with the design/content team for creatives & posts.

Website Management

  • Ensure websites are always SEO-friendly.
  • Coordinate with developers for technical fixes & updates.
  • Improve user experience (UI/UX suggestions).

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of SEO Tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, ScreamingFrog, Moz, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads.
  • Familiar with WordPress, OpenCart, Laravel CMS, or similar platforms.
  • Good knowledge of social media marketing and basic content writing.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects/websites simultaneously.
