Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Specialist to lead and execute SEO strategies that drive organic growth, improve search engine visibility, and deliver measurable business results. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, data-driven strategy, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive site audits and provide actionable recommendations to improve technical SEO performance (site speed, crawlability, indexing, schema, etc.).
  • Lead keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluation to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize on-page elements (content, meta tags, internal linking, URL structure) for maximum visibility.
  • Collaborate with content, product, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  • Provide thought leadership and mentor junior team members or stakeholders on SEO best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven SEO experience, preferably in both agency and in-house environments.
  • Strong expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Proficiency in leading SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and delivering results within deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Experience with international SEO and multi-language/multi-region sites.
  • Familiarity with CRO, paid search, and digital marketing channels for holistic strategy.
  • Certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or digital marketing are a plus.
