Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of goals.
- Negotiate and close major deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training or coaching as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, values, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in [industry, e.g., FMCG, IT, Real Estate, Manufacturing] is an advantage.
