We're Hiring: Healthcare Coordinator – (Mumbai, Goregaon)

Salary:
Up to ₹40,000/month


Location:
Goregaon, Mumbai

Are you passionate about delivering seamless healthcare experiences?, where we care for VIP clients and corporate partners by providing premium health coordination services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate
    OPD & Annual Health Check-up (AHC) bookings
    for VIP clients and corporate sponsors.
  • Act as a
    single point of contact
    for clients – handling queries, rescheduling & escalations with care.
  • Liaise with
    hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers
    to ensure smooth scheduling.
  • Provide
    on-ground support
    at hospitals/health centers when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments, visits & client interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues & deliver
    exceptional service quality
    .

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Healthcare, Hospitality, or Business preferred).
  • 1–3 years' experience in
    operations, healthcare coordination, or client servicing
    .
  • Excellent
    communication & interpersonal skills
    (English, Hindi/Marathi).
  • Willingness to travel locally within Mumbai.
  • Client-focused mindset with a
    positive & proactive approach
    .
