Now we're looking for a partner-in-crime. Not an employee. Not a fancy-pants deck pusher. But a
Senior Sales Maverick
who can take our killer XR solutions and
actually
get them into the hands of people who need them.
Here's the vibe:
- You get a real problem to solve:
Can you sell our AR solution for newspaper ads to a real client? - No resumes. No cover letters. Just show us what you can do.
- If you crush it, we do a chill culture fit round (we value energy > ego).
- Final HR round (we're still a company after all).
You'll love this if:
- You believe traditional sales pipelines are broken.
- You prefer getting your hands dirty over sitting in sales meetings.
- You want to build something long-term and own a piece of what you sell.
- You've got the confidence to walk into a boardroom and explain why print ads need AR.

Minimum Qualifications (aka don't waste your time or ours if you don't have these):
- You've closed
high-ticket B2B deals
. Not once. Not by luck. But consistently. - You know how to
build a pipeline from scratch
. No one's handing you leads here. - You've sold
tech or creative solutions
—not just SaaS subscriptions or ad slots. - You speak
client and creative
. You can translate innovation into ROI. - You can walk into a room of skeptics and walk out with a signed MoU (or at least, a second meeting).
- You're not looking for a 9-to-5. You're looking for
ownership, growth, and skin in the game

Preferred Qualifications (aka things that'll make us swipe right faster):
- You've sold
AR/VR/MR/XR
solutions, or at least
tried
to explain them without using buzzwords. - You've worked with industries like
media, marketing, manufacturing, or defense
. - You've sold to
CXOs, not just managers
. - You know how to turn a
case study into a compelling pitch
. - You're based in India (or have strong connects here), and know how decision-making really works.
- You want to
build something long-term
