We are looking for a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and a strong ability to identify, attract, and hire top talent across various roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing & onboarding
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
- Use multiple sourcing platforms (job portals, social media, referrals, networking)
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication professionally
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates
- Support employer branding and HR initiatives
- Work on bulk hiring, niche hiring, and time-bound requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of technical & non-technical hiring
- Ability to multitask and manage hiring pipelines
- Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tracking tools
- Graduation in HR/Management or related field preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200, ₹400,000.00 per year
