Call Center Executive

2. Enhance customer satisfaction score

3. Identify and assess customers’ needs to provide complete and accurate resolution

4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

5. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

6. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

7. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

8. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

9. Take the extra mile to engage customers

10. To keep update with all ongoing events, activities, offers, campaigns, company policies of the company

11. To get updated about New products launches and discontinued products

12. Follow HR Policy, Zero tolerance policies, Employ engagement activities, adherence to floor behavior and company compliances etc.

13. Identify the needs of trainings/skills up gradation required for self development and work on enhancing and improvements in the required skills for performing as per need of the company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
