We seek an efficient and organized Admin Executive to oversee administrative operations, ensure seamless dealership functionality, and provide exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage front desk operations, reception and other back end coordination in showroom.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Coordinate in meetings, appointments, and events organized in organization.
- Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures.

**Customer Service**:

- Greet customers, address queries, and resolve issues.
- Handling Office boys, Pantry staff, Guard for better customer services.

**Operational Support**:

- Monitor inventory, logistics, and supplies for showroom
- Maintain dealership cleanliness and organization.

**HR and Compliances**:

- Providing uniforms, Safety Shoes and other necessary items required for employees

**Role Requires**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in administration, preferably in automobile.
- Can Efficiently handle Infrastructure related work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
