Front Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage room assignments, allocate rooms, and provide guests with room keys and other necessary information
- Handle guest requests, resolve issues, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Collaborate with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, etc.) to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to brand standards
Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a calm demeanor
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with hotel management software and technology
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14, ₹18,000.00 per month
