Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Architect – Ivalua to lead end-to-end Procurement Transformation initiatives and Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementations. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical expertise in Ivalua, excellent consulting experience, and the ability to design and manage complex procurement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Ivalua S2P implementation projects.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis to align business requirements with system capabilities.
  • Translate complex business needs into detailed functional and technical designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables effectively.
  • Support process improvements and procurement transformation initiatives.

Must-Have Skills

S2C and/or P2P Certification

Hands-on experience in Ivalua with strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes

Prior experience in consulting and procurement transformation projects

Proven expertise in fit-gap analysis and solution design

Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills

Good-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of ETL processes, including data extraction, transformation, enrichment, cleansing, and classification logic

Working experience with SQL or other data transformation tools
