You will help provide leadership and direction to the delivery team, as well as Architecture guidance and direction, based on your extensive knowledge of Ivalua. You are also considered a technical leader within the Ivalua community, and you consistently offer your knowledge on cutting-edge subjects at community and internal events.ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture:Design end-to-end i Valua solutions aligned with business objectives and requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements.Proficient with i Valua modules: Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Procure-to-Pay, Catalog Management, Budget Management, Mobile Procurement, Collaboration, and workflows.Implementation:Lead the implementation of i Valua modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.Customize i Valua configurations to meet specific business process requirements.Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.Integration:Design and implement integrations between i Valua and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure data consistency and accuracy.Optimization and Best Practices:Analyze procurement processes and recommend optimizations leveraging i Valua functionalities.Incorporate best practices for negotiation, price settlement, dispute resolution, and contract drafting within the i Valua platform.Stakeholder Management:Serve as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.Training and Support:Provide training and support to end-users on i Valua functionalities.Address technical queries and provide guidance to users on platform usagePreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience as an i Valua Technical Architect or similar role.In-depth knowledge of i Valua platform functionalities and configurations.Experience with integration of i Valua with other enterprise systems.Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.i Valua certification(s) is a plus.Experience in leading large-scale i Valua implementation projects.Familiarity with agile methodologies.
