Role Overview

We are seeking passionate and qualified Sports Coaches and a Female Physical Education Teacher to join our campus at Charholi, Pune. The ideal candidates will demonstrate strong subject knowledge, coaching skills, and the ability to work with students of various age groups.

Key Responsibilities For Sports Coaches (Cricket / Pickleball / Gymnastic / Football / Volleyball / Badminton / Tennis / Other Sports):

  • Plan, organize, and deliver structured coaching sessions.
  • Train students for inter-school, district, and national-level competitions.
  • Ensure safety and proper use of sports equipment.
  • Maintain discipline and encourage sportsmanship among students.
  • Develop age-appropriate training modules and fitness routines.
  • Identify talent and provide individualized guidance.
  • Coordinate with school management for events, tournaments, and sports activities.

For Physical Education Teacher (Female):

  • Teach PE curriculum to students across grade levels.
  • Conduct regular fitness assessments and maintain student health records.
  • Promote physical well-being, hygiene, and healthy lifestyle habits.
  • Organize school-level sports events, drills, and assemblies.
  • Ensure inclusive participation of all students.
  • Manage PE periods, equipment inventory, and safety protocols.

Qualifications & RequirementsSports Coaches:

  • Certification or professional training in the relevant sport.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of coaching experience in a school or academy.
  • Strong communication, discipline, and motivational skills.

Physical Education Teacher (Female):

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed).
  • Prior experience in teaching PE in a school environment preferred.
  • Ability to handle classes, conduct assessments, and manage events.
