Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding suitable products

  • Understand customer needs and suggest footwear based on preferences, size, and trends
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain the visual appearance of the store (cleanliness, display, and stock arrangement)
  • Handle billing, payments, and POS systems efficiently
  • Keep track of stock levels and report low inventory
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, or complaints professionally
  • Stay updated with current offers, collections, and product knowledge
  • Coordinate with store management for daily tasks and promotional activities

Requirements: Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred

  • Experience: 0–2 years in retail (Footwear/Apparel/Fashion industry preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach
  • Basic computer knowledge and billing/POS experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and during festive seasons
