Project Design Coordinator

Job Description – Design Project Co-ordinator Key Specifications:
• Coordinate and oversee design projects from conception to completion
• Manage project schedules and deadlines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met
• Communicate with clients to interpret their needs and requirements
• Ensure that the final design meets client expectations
• Monitor project costs to ensure they stay within budget
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders
• Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the project
• Maintain a high standard of quality for all design work
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques
• Check and approve shop drawings submitted by Vendor/Contractor Key Requirements:
• Education: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience: Relevant experience of around 3 years
• Software: Professional knowledge in AutoCAD is a must
