Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer - Communication & Soft Skills, based in Hyderabad. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on communication and soft skills, developing training curricula, and creating comprehensive training materials. The Trainer will also assess the progress of trainees, provide feedback, and adjust training programs as necessary to meet learning outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Effective Communication and Intercultural Communication skills
  • Proven experience in Training and Curriculum Development
  • Strong Writing skills
  • Ability to assess trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse groups
  • Experience in an educational or non-profit setting is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Human Resources, or related field
