Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Microsoft 365 Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in Office 365 administration, user management, troubleshooting, and basic migration support. The role involves working closely with senior engineers, supporting ongoing projects, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of Microsoft 365 services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing and supporting Office 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Perform user and license management in Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
  • Support senior team members on O365 migration and deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
  • Execute basic PowerShell scripts for user/permission management and reporting.
  • Assist with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Entra ID (Azure AD) administration.
  • Monitor system health, alerts, and service issues using available tools.
  • Participate in preparing SOPs, basic documentation, and change requests.
  • Support ITSM processes including incident, change, and service requests.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security and access policies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Good understanding of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Basic experience with PowerShell scripting.
  • Knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, and identity management.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and processes (Incident/Change/Request).
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Understanding of backup, basic disaster recovery concepts, RTO/RPO (added advantage).
  • Knowledge of security tools (SIEM, auditing) is a plus.

Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have)

  • Microsoft MS-900 / MS-102 / AZ-900
  • ITIL Foundation
