About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Online Business Manager (OBM) to support business owners and senior leaders in managing daily operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring smooth execution across functions.
This is a remote opportunity for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and have a knack for organization and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage business operations, administrative workflows, and process optimization.
- Coordinate across internal and external teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Track KPIs, prepare reports, and assist in strategic decision-making.
- Oversee virtual assistants or team members to ensure accountability and productivity.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and communications for senior leadership.
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements for better efficiency.
- Handle client communication and maintain professional relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline .
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business management, operations, or executive support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Should have own Wifi (100 MBPS) and Laptop ( 8 GB Ram, i3/i5 9th Gen and above)
