Communication Trainer

Role Purpose (overall high-level summary of the role)

Ensure training delivered by self is in accordance with documented plans and monitor progress made by the trainees to achieve required proficiency in line with the desirable results

  • Understand training needs of business and deploy relevant learning intervention.
  • Maintain relationships with assigned business unit to assess the needs on a regular basis to meet the changing needs.
  • Delivery of communication training (integrated soft skills, intercultural, language proficiency) and other relevant training programs as per the identified training plan
  • Delivery of Global Induction & third event programs
  • Delivery of developmental training e.g., Call coaching for Coaches
  • Providers continuous feedback into the Central Communication Development team, Recruitment teams and Line Managers of trainees
  • Provide constant feedback to the course/content owners to maintain the effectiveness and impact of the L&D offerings.

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

  • Strong content delivery and facilitation skills
  • Extensive background in Learning and Development/ Training
  • Strong communication and presentation skills required; with excellent planning and organizing skills.
  • Highly effective in working with all levels of management and staff; adapts well to culturally diverse work environments; with the ability to manage resources in the most effective way to achieve cost/service levels.
  • Ability to build and maintain relations with business units and to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Desirable, relevant certification
  • This is a 12 month contract assignment renewable basis role requirement and performance.
