**Job Title**: Communication Trainer

- Design and deliver communication training programs tailored for IT professionals.
- Facilitate training on cross-cultural communication, especially for global client interactions.
- Assess communication skill levels through evaluations, mock calls, role plays, and feedback mechanisms.
- Develop engaging training materials, e-learning content, and handouts.
- Provide one-on-one coaching for employees who need additional support.
- Track and report training effectiveness through pre/post assessments and feedback.
- Collaborate with HR and team leads to identify communication gaps and training needs.
- Conduct refresher courses and update content based on employee performance and company requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Communication, HR, or related field.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) as a communication trainer, preferably in the IT or corporate sector.
- Excellent command over spoken and written English.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.Ability to engage and inspire participants across different levels.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, LMS, etc.). **Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in communication/soft skills training.
- Experience working with software engineers, developers, or IT support teams.
- Ability to deliver training in both virtual and in-person modes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
