IT Trainer

**Job Title**:Python / Java / Node.js / React / IT Trainer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and update course materials, training guides, and exercises that align with industry standards**.**
- Provide practical demonstrations, hands-on sessions, and real-world examples to facilitate effective learning.
- Address student queries, provide guidance on course content and career development, maintain a positive learning environment and encourage student engagement and participation.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, assessments, and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in the IT industry to ensure relevant and up-to-date training.
- Participate in institute activities, workshops, and seminars to enhance the training experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience as an IT Trainer or in a similar role, preferably in a reputed training institute or IT company.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certification in relevant programming language (optional but preferred).
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- A passion for teaching and helping students develop practical IT skills.

**Minimum work experience required**: 4+ Years
