*Job Summary:*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Training Design and Development:*
- Create engaging and interactive training content for various IT programs
- Develop training manuals, guides, and other supporting materials

2. *Training Delivery:*
- Deliver training sessions to clients, either in-person or virtually
- Facilitate group discussions, hands-on exercises, and Q&A sessions

3. *Training Assessment and Evaluation:*
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback
- Identify areas for improvement and update training content accordingly

4. *Technical Expertise:*
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients as needed

5. *Communication and Collaboration:*
- Communicate training plans, schedules, and progress to stakeholders

*Requirements:*

1. *Education:* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or related field

2. *Experience:* 1+ years of IT training experience

4. *Soft Skills:* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

5. *Certifications:* Relevant training certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft)

*Nice to Have:*

1. *Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design*

2. *Familiarity with e-learning platforms and authoring tools*

3. *Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements*
