Key Responsibilities: Operational

  • To do calling on fresh leads when and its required and tracking data on a daily basis.
  • Identify prospective clients' exact needs, by questioning, observation and the completion of a full sales survey monthly basis
  • Ensuring a high level of interaction & customer satisfaction
  • To Support Team As And When Required While They Are Interacting With Clients On Call.
  • To Ensure Client Has Been Answered For All Of His Query That May Required Interacting With Project Heads To Promptly Share Information With Client.

* How To Retrieve Relevant Information From Client To Analyze Whether He Is A Prospect Or Not.

Analytical :

  • Analyze the activities of potential buyers
  • Analyze & locate process flaws.
  • Analyze the challenges with clients and update to the management.
  • Process – arrange for data collection and data calling on non - respondent clients.
  • Feedback calling and reporting of multiple projects is a mandate.
  • Understand customer needs and make sales presentations

What We're Looking For

2+ years of progressive experience in Presales Role.

Solid Expertise across core areas: ERP Software tool, Lead Tracking, Data analysis

Proven ability to manage complexity, and lead with professionalism and discretion.

Strong analytical and communication skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about collaboration and service improvements.
