Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to spearhead business development and sales efforts in the municipal and industrial water & wastewater sectors in West Bengal, Odisha, and North-East India. This role demands strategic planning, hands-on client engagement, and effective execution to expand Eurotecks market footprint. The ideal candidate must be a proactive closer, capable of driving sales independently while aligning with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy and business plan to achieve targeted sales and profitability.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities with end clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and municipal authorities.
  • Build and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline (10x of sales targets).
  • Generate and secure orders through direct sales efforts and relationship building.

Market Expansion & Channel Management:

  • Identify, appoint, and manage channel partners/distributors where necessary to scale business in the region.
  • Strengthen Eurotecks market presence and brand recognition through targeted promotional activities.

Customer Engagement & Support:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering reliable, technically sound solutions.
  • Address customer queries in collaboration with internal proposal, technical, and service teams.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Strategic Planning & Coordination:

  • Forecast sales orders and prepare the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the assigned region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Projects, Service) for cross-functional growth opportunities.
  • Maintain updated CRM and sales reporting systems (Salesforce, etc.) on a daily basis.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support tendering and project bidding processes.
  • Contribute to regional marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
  • MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing of Water & Wastewater products and projects (municipal and/or industrial).
  • Proven ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Strong technical understanding of wastewater treatment technologies, equipment, and turnkey projects.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • Ability to travel extensively across the assigned region.
