**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and manage **SRA, MHADA, and BMC drawings** in compliance with Mumbai DCPR 2034.
- Handle building proposal drawings and related municipal submissions.
- Prepare accurate **working drawings** for project execution.
- Ensure compliance with all municipal regulations and requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 years of experience** in BMC/SRA drawings and municipal submissions.
- Strong expertise in **Mumbai DCPR 2034**.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Excellent knowledge of municipal and working drawings.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
