At Satish Ahuja & Associates, we believe in creating environments that enhance lives and shape communities.We're Hiring: Architectural Draughtsman (5–7+ Years Experience)Location: Navi Mumbai / MumbaiOur firm is looking for an experienced Architectural Draughtsman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, a keen eye for detail, and hands-on experience with architectural drawings, coordination, and approvals.RESPONSIBILITIES:️Preparation of working drawings (WD), municipal drawings (MD), detailed drawings , and construction documents.️ Understanding and application of UDCPR rules, DCR, and local building bye-laws .️ Experience in liaisoning and coordination with local authorities such as CIDCO, NMMC, PMC , and others.️ Conducting site visits , measurements, and ensuring drawings align with on-site conditions.️ Coordination with consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve technical queries.️ Managing revisions and ensuring accuracy in all drawings and documentation.Required Skills & Experience:️ Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in an architectural firm.️ Proficient in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit or other BIM tools is an added advantage).️ Strong knowledge of municipal approval processes and documentation.️ Good communication and coordination skills.️ Ability to work with the team and deliver within deadlines.QUALIFICATIONS:️Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Civil Drafting or equivalentWHY WORK WITH US?️Be part of a top-tier firm with a solid reputation and landmark projects across the city.️Gain exposure to end-to-end project development, from concept to execution.️ Competitive salary that reflects your skills and contributions, with room for growth.️We believe in giving youngsters room to grow, lead, and make an impact.️Learn from industry veterans while taking on real responsibilities early in your career.️Work on major developments that shape the built environment of Mumbai/Navi Mumbai.If you're enthusiastic about thoughtful design, understand the nuances of real-time architecture, and thrive on taking projects from concept to execution, we'd love to hear from youReady to shape the future?Send your resume and portfolio to Or : /
