Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a SAP HCM Payroll Consultant located in Bengaluru South. In this role, the consultant will manage payroll services within the SAP HCM framework, ensure payroll taxes and compliance accuracy, and oversee employee benefits administration. The consultant will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to address system issues, optimize payroll processes, and ensure seamless implementation of SAP HCM payroll solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Payroll Services, Payroll Administration, and ensuring compliance with Payroll Taxes
  • Strong understanding of Employee Benefits and related processes
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in an on-site work environment
  • Prior experience with SAP HCM, including Payroll module, and familiarity with SuccessFactors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Problem-solving skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
