Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a SAP HCM Payroll Consultant based in Bengaluru South. As a SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP HCM and payroll solutions, managing payroll administration, ensuring compliance with payroll taxes, and addressing employee benefits requirements. The role entails configuring systems, resolving issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance and optimize payroll processes. You will work closely with clients to deliver exceptional service and ensure smooth payroll operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Payroll Services, Payroll Administration, and Payroll Taxes
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits structures and systems
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to analyze, resolve, and optimize HR and payroll-related systems and processes
  • Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll modules and familiarity with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is preferred
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience in SAP HCM Payroll
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
