Role Overview

As CHRO, you will be part of the management team, driving HR strategy, culture building, and talent acquisition to fuel the organizations next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition across functions Engineers, Sales, CRM, Finance, Auditors, and Leadership roles (CEO / CFO / CMO / CSO).
  • Establish strong HR systems, policies & processes for scalability.
  • Drive Performance Management, Employee Engagement & Retention.
  • Act as a Strategic Advisor to leadership on workforce planning & OD.
  • Champion Cultural Transformation & nurture a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws & statutory regulations.

Requirements

  • 15-25 years of HR leadership experience (Real Estate / Construction preferred).
  • Proven expertise in Senior-level Recruitment & Talent Pipeline Building.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems & organizational development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal & leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure & collaborate at the leadership level.
