We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives in our Domestic BPO unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and delivering an excellent customer experience via voice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries and providing accurate information about products/services
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions: Sales.
  • Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures to sell the products.
  • Special pay allowance for candidates with proficiency in Tamil, Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, and Assamese: Language allowance will be given.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: Graduate

Excellent spoken and written English communication: V5

Working Days: 6 days a week (1 Rotational weekly off)

Joining: Immediate or as per notice period

Salary package will be 25K in-hand, and the 30K will be the CTC for the month.
